Gilles CHOUINARD

CHOUINARD, Mr. Gilles Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 30th, 2004 at the age of 60. Son of Gerard and Simone Chouinard and beloved husband of Sonia Landry. Cherished father of Julie (Robert Pilipchuk) and Bruno. Proud "Papa" to Jason, Kevin, and the late Jessica Pilipchuk. Brother of Guy (Adele), Jacques (Mireille), Serge (Linda), Michel (Line). He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by his brother Roger (Gisele) and his brother-in-law Ronald (Rejeanne Brisebois). Our most sincere appreciation is extended to Dr. Ian Barrette (CHVO Hull), Dr. Gaudet and Dr. Gagnon for their support for his care. A religious service will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at 11h in St-Paul Church, Aylmer. The family will receive condolences at the Church from 10:30.
