Antonina Maria Costa (née Valenzisi) February 15, 1916 - August 24, 2008 Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital, with her family at her side, Antonina Costa (nee Valenzisi), at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Carmelo Costa. Loved mother of Rosina and her husband Antonio Mamone, Domenico Costa and his wife Francesca, and Nazarena and her husband Giuseppe Cirillo. Cara nonna of John and Lina Mamone, Antoinette and John DiMarino, Carmelo and Mary Mamone,Tony and Rita Mamone, Carmelo and Carmela Costa, Antonietta Costa, Rita and Rob Soccio, Domenic Costa, Tony Cirillo, Carmelo and Teresa Cirillo, Pat Cirillo, Claudio Cirillo and the late Francesco Ienco. Also survived by 16 great-grand- children and 3 great-great-grand-children. Predeceased by her parents Raffaele and Vittoria Valenzisi and her in-laws Domenico and Rosaria Costa. Dear sister of Antoinetta, Nazareno and Immaculata Valenzisi, and the late Giuseppa, Rosina and Salvatore Valenzisi. Dear sister-in-law of the late Cecilia, Giovanni and Antonio Costa. Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James) on Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at St. Anthony of Padua Church (Barton St. at Prospect) at 10 a.m. Entombment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
