MOON, Lloyd Hilliard Joseph. Peacefully at home on October 4, 2004 in his 85th year, with his family at his side after a brave battle with cancer. Born December 27, 1919 in London, Ontario. Soulmate of Jessie (Ellacott), a loving husband of 61 years. Loving father of Lynda, Diane (Gorman) (and Craig Lee), David (and Barbara Brookes). Cherished grandfather to Colleen (Jorge), Stacey, Megan and Caitlin and proud great-grandfather of Tara. Predeceased by his brothers Earl and Jack. Retired Major, Canadian Armed Forces, R.C.A.P.C. Retired teacher of High School of Commerce, Ottawa. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue, on Wednesday, October 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Lloyd's life at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Woodroffe at the Queensway will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2004 at 2 p.m. Private burial.
