KILBANK, Doris Isabel (nee Inch) It is with great sadness that the family of Doris Isabel Kilbank announce her peaceful passing at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Friday, October 15, 2004. She was the beloved wife of Alfred and cherished mother of Susan, Lori (Andrew) and Paul (Mika). Special Grandma of Rhiannon. She will be greatly missed by family and friends who have been touched by her thoughtfulness, caring and gentleness. Friends may attend a Service of Remembrance to be held at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Thursday, October 21, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. The family wishes to thank the very compassionate staff at the Ottawa Heart Institute and the Civic Hospital who cared for Doris during her stay at the hospital. A sincere thanks to Drs. Turek, Moore and Britton for the medical care and support they provided.
