TSAI, Yvonne. Born on October 3rd, 1927 in Fuchow, China, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at home on October 24th, 2004. She was a teacher, public servant and artist. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Shaopan, her children: Emei, Sandie, Armand, Mary and their spouses: Aidan, Mike, Jennifer, Don, her grandchildren: Daniel, Liam, Jailyn, Tehshang, Jordan, Neil, Cameron, Malcolm, Ethan, and her siblings: Yueren, Ta-Sun, Yuhwa and Yutsui. A celebration of her life will be held on October 29th, 2004 by her family and close relatives in Victoria, B.C., Canada. The Ottawa Citizen
