THERIEN, Richard (Dick) Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Sunday, October 24, 2004, in his 62nd year. Dear father of Mike (Donna) and Ron (Tracy). Loving grandfather of Taylor, Jake and Haley. Dick will also be greatly missed by his many friends. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus, 5 East and to the Cancer Clinic for their excellent care. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Rd. (at Roosevelt) on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until time of memorial service in the chapel at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Oncology Dept. of the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus, 501 Smyth Rd., K1H 8Z6 would be appreciated.
