HENDERSON, Andrea (nee Bell). Died peacefully on October 25, 2004, after a long illness. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Henderson, mother of Jeremy and Liza, and grandmother of Sam, Kate, Gabriel, and Juno. A memorial service and burial will take place on Martha's Vineyard in the early summer. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Martha's Vineyard Hospital (C/O Development Office, P.O. Box 1477, Oak Bluffs, MA, 02557, USA) or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
