LETIZI, Elio - In Loving Memory of Elio Letizi, 87 years, who passed away Friday, October 24th, 2008 at the SRH - St. Joseph's Health Centre. Born in Fano, Italy Elio married Valentina (Ghetti) in 1946 in Italy. Elio was respected and longtime Copper Cliff resident. He had been the custodian at the Copper Cliff Italian Club for 15 years retiring in 1986. He was a life member of the Copper Cliff Italian Club. He was an avid hunter, a proud winemaker and keen gardener. Elio will be remembered as a hardworking man who was devoted to his loving family. Beloved husband of Valentina (Ghetti) Letizi of Copper Cliff. Loving father of Flaviana (husband Tiliano Tarini) of Italy, Paula (husband Michael Sanchioni) of Sault Ste Marie, Marco (wife Tracey) of Kitchener and Liviana predeceased. Cherished grandfather of Simona (Giovanni), Sauro (Marta), Christina (Brad), Christopher (Jessica), Jordan, Jessica, Meghan, Nicholas and great grandchildren Nicolas, Martina, Jeremy and Madison. Dear son of Nicola and Adele Letizi predeceased. Dear brother of Nora Pelosi of Windsor, Cilio and Teodoro both predeceased. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Resting at the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St. Sudbury. Funeral Prayers in the R.J. Barnard Chapel Monday, October 27th, 2008 at 1 p.m. Interment in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
