CZERNIELEWSKI, Eva (Susan), Surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, September 10, 2004 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in her 80th year. Beloved wife of Henry. Loving mother of Peter (Darlene), Sonia (Ken) Hancock and Greg (Charlotte). Ch erished Omi of Cameron, Sheldon, Evan, Courtney, Justin, Stephen, and Suzanne. Dear Aunt of Andy (Dawn) Bergemann and family, Gini (John) Seidl and family. Predeceased by her sister Gertrude Bergemann. Cremation has taken place. The family will recei ve friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held.
