MICHALKO, Jerry Peter, Passed away at Port Hope on Thursday, September 16, 2004. Jerry Michalko, dear father of Paul Michalko (Fran), and Lisa (Michael Filer). Brother of George Michalko, Helen Braster and Kathryn Foster. Also survived by granddaugh ter Alyson.
