POWELL, George, At Welland County General Hospital, Woolcott Wing, on Thursday, September 16, 2004. George Powell of Wainfleet at the age of 85. Loving husband to Lillian for 59 years. Dear father of Sharon and her husband Rob Caldwell. George will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Erin, Rebekah, Nathan, Jordan, Jem, Adam and Danielle and by his brother Ronnie (Rose). George lived in St. Catharines and Pelham area for the majority of his life and worked at General Motors for 33 1/2 years. G eorge is survived by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick on Monday, September 20th at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. - 9/18/2004 - ID4832870
