WORTHINGTON, Meadow Rose “Beautiful Baby Girl“ It is with great sadness that Tim & Heather (nee Hinchey) announce the passing of their beautiful daughter at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday, November 12th, 2008. Forever loved by her sisters Ashleigh & Autumn and brothers Rowan & Christopher. Sadly missed by her grandparents, Tom & Wanda Hinchey, Diane & Wayne Bierkos and Tom & Jean Worthington, Her great grandmother Blanche Hinchey, aunt Holly Gilpatric (Alan), uncles, Andrew Hinchey and Andrew Worthington (Val) and cousins, Faith, Matthew & Erica.
