VAN ALSTINE, John Scott, Suddenly on Sunday, September 26, 2004 at the age of 38. Dear son of Carol and the late Jack Van Alstine. Loving brother of Mark (Tania) Van Alstine and Bob (Valerie) South. Cherished uncle of Daniel Van Alstine, Mitchell, C ameron and Thomas Scott. Grandson of Muriel Martin-Haun and James Van Alstine. Cremation has taken place.
