PRUDHOMME, George Charles, Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on Friday, October 1, 2004. A resident of Albright Manor, Beamsville, in his 85th year. George was predeceased by his wife Marjorie in 1995. Survived by his wife Velma, dear father of Brian and Judy Prudhomme of Jordan, Valerie and Mark Taylor of Victoria, B.C., Elaine and Gary Blanchard of Calgary and step-daughter Dawna Reid of Toronto. Loved grandfather of Ryan (Rebecca), Carrie (Cameron), Trevor, Garett, Trisha, Jill and Drew and great-grandfather of Carson. Predeceased by his brother John with whom he founded and built Prudhomme's Garden Centre Hotel. George was a member of Ivy Lodge, Beamsville, Verlum Lodge, Bobcaygeon and the Araba Temple Shrine Club. T he family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Monday 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Vineland Chapel on Tuesday, October 5th at 1;30 p.m. Interment will follow in Mount Osborne Cemet ery, Beamsville. If desired, as an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Albright Manor Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
