STRUPP, Mary, Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 3, 2004 at Chateau Gardens Niagara Nursing Home, age 79. Beloved wife of the late August Emile Strupp (1990). Caring mother of August and Betty Strupp of St. Catharines, Gary and Nancy Strupp o f Grimsby, Mary and John Glennie of Niagara Falls, and Jack and Hazel Strupp of Brighton. Loving grandmother of Christopher, Jennifer, Kelly, Kimberly, Tamara, Jason, Nathan, Austen, David, Susy, Diana, Grant and Adrian; and great-grandmother to Andy , Alan, Lewis, Nadine and Savion. Dear sister of Alfred and Albert Oakie; and the late Armand Oakie, Anthony Cooper and Camilla Damiani. Mrs. Strupp is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, 905-937-4444. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfred's Catholic Church, 272 Vine St. at Carlton at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 8th. Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers for the deceased will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 3 p.m. Visiting hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 nd 7-9 p.m. If so desired, memorial remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
