ADAMCZYK, Joseph Michael, Peacefully at home at the age of 65 on October 15th, with his loving family by his side after a brief illness. Beloved husband and best friend of Susan for 43 years. So very proud father of Karen (Jeff), Michael (Sue), Shel ley (Doug) and Amber (Rich). Loved "Poppa Joe" to Jesse, Kailey, Hannah, Zhack, Jake and Michael. Survived by his sisters Sophie (Nick) and Diane and many neices and nephews. Sadly missed by his brother-in-law Pete (Heather) and Anna in England and m any dear friends. Joe was employed at Lightning Fastener for 25 years and retired from General Motors two years ago. Many thanks to Dr. Child and Dr. Gruber for their wonderful care. Joe's whole life was his family and his favourite place to be was t eaching his children and grandchildren to fish at the cottage in his beautiful old cedarstrip boat. We will think of sunny days in summer, The sound of children laughing, The sound of puppies barking, We'll picture fishing under a sunny sky, Watching gentle waves go by, And always think of you, For you are forever in our hearts. Cremation has taken place. The family wish to invite friends to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL on Thursday, October 21st, at 11 a.m. for a memorial service to celebrate Joe's life.
