Willem BROUWER

BROUWER, Willem (Bill), December 19, 1916 - October 25, 2004. Passed away quietly at home in his 88th year, after a brief battle with cancer. Predeceased by his wife Guurtje in 1988. Survived by brother Albert (Aaf) Brouwer, sister Hermiena (John) G olockowzi, and sister in law Matje Brouwer and his children, Arie and Colleen Brouwer, Janna and Kelly Traviss, and Bill and Mary Brouwer. Grandchildren Tim (Deone), David, and Mark Brouwer, Kim (Greg) Creighton, Michael Van Der May, Melanie (Ignasio ) Castelli, Tamara Brouwer, Krista, Michelle and Michael Traviss, and Shawn (Jackie) Fitzgerald. Great grandchildren Maitlan, Christian, and Michael Brouwer, Elizabeth and Katelyn Creighton, Ethan Brouwer, Mara and Saige Castelli, and Andrew, Michael , Daniel and Nicholas Fitzgerald, and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life service will be held at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with interment in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
