ROMANEK, Bruce Thomas, Peacefully at his home on Quiet Acres Farm in Niagara-on-the-Lake with his loving family at his side on Friday, October 29, 2004 in his 68th year. Beloved husband of Ruby for 35 years. Loving father of Genevieve, Virginia (Mar k Lawford) and Bradley. Dear grandfather to both Nicola and Thomas, additionally his heartfelt love is sent to their new brother or sister who is expected in the spring. Predeceased by his brother Edward in February 2004. Survived by his sister Helen (Roger) Beckett and brother Frank (Wenda). He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Bruce will be missed by many loving family members and friends. Bruce spent the past 36 years of his life enjoying farming, growing fruit and most e specially the time he spent at his fruit stand. He will both miss and be missed by his faithful customers who became his friends over the years. Bruce can now rest peacefully after sharing his gentle spirit, warm heart and productive life with many. Bruce is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines where family will receive friends on Tuesday 2-4 and 6:30-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be celebrated in the funeral home on Tuesday at 7 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in the funeral chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with cremation to follow.
