GAHAN, John Garven (Jack). Former employee of Northern Electric, died October 31, 2004, in his ninety-third year. Son of the late Annie (Brunet) and James Gahan. Beloved husband and companion of sixty-five years of Julia Gahan (Taruffi). Loving father of Lawrence (Sandra Graham) of Cambridge Ontario. Grandfather of Christopher. Brother of Joyce Conry of Brampton Ontario and of the late Gerald, Frank, Norman, Merle Richards, Edna Gahan, Phyllis Falconer and Iris Bridges. Dearest uncle to nieces and nephews and godfather to many. Resting at J.F. Wilson Funeral Home, 5784 Verdun Ave. Visitation Tuesday November 2 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Eucharistic celebration on Wednesday November 3 at 10 a.m. St. Thomas More Church, Bannantyne and Moffat. Interment Cote des Neiges Cemetery. Family thanks Pavillion Champlain for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations to the C.H.S.L.D.
