MARJORIE HARTEN (nee Lachance) 1954 - 2004 Harten - It is with deepest sadness that the family announces the passing of a dear wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Marjorie Harten. Marjorie is predeceased by her parents Mary Alice McCrady, and Frank Lachance; her brother Rheal Lachance; her sisters Edwina Mayhew, Sheila Fraser, Barbara Fraser, her nephew Robbie Fraser and her brother-in-law Rodney Harten. She leaves to mourn her wonderful and caring husband, “Bud”; her children Hughie Rodgers (Corinne) of Kirkland Lake, Jason Rodgers (Vanessa) of Schreiber, Natasha Graham (Jason) of Kirkland Lake; her step-children, Kathy Harten of Thorold, Danny Harten (Alice) and Jeff Harten of Regina; her grandchildren, McKenna, Brooke, Zachary, Addison, Summer, Hailey, Brittany, Samantha and Micheal; her brothers Theron (Noella) of Val Caron, George (Donalda) of Larder Lake, Willy (Wendy) of Trenton and Fran (Cindy) of Watford; her sisters Muriel Graham of Larder Lake and Delphine Blenkhorn (Fred) of Larder Lake; sister-in-law Velda Lachance, Gates Harten, Susan Harten, Noella Harten; 1 brother-in-law Bill Harten (Beth). Marjorie will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. The family will welcome friends at the Monette & French Funeral Home on Friday, November 5, 2004 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held from the “Teck-Hughes Chapel” of the Monette & French Funeral Home on Saturday, November 6, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. with Glenn MacPherson officiating.
