Carroll Lilley Funeral arrangements by Chapel Lawn Funeral Home Suddenly on November 1, 2004, Carroll Lilley, formerly of Fort Garry in Winnipeg, passed away at the Kin Place in Oakbank, MB at the age of 89. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Alice-Rose Lilley. His memory will be cherished by his children, Roger (Patty), Leslie (Joyce), Deborah (Kerry) Ostlere; as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Lottie and Theresa; and brother Gerry. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Service will terminate at the chapel and a reception will follow.
