ORAM: WILLIAM (BILLY) R. William (Billy) R. Oram, passed away in Burnaby, BC after years of failing health. Formerly of Porter Cove, NB, Billy was born in Chatham, NB on February 2, 1958, he was 46 years of age. He was the youngest son of Norma Hovey of Burnaby, BC, formerly of Porter Cove, NB. Besides his mother he is survived by one son Kailan, one brother Bennie of Surrey, BC, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by one brother Raymond, one sister Crissann, Grandparents Raymond and Alberta (MacKay) Hovey. There will be no funeral service or visitation. No flowers by request. Cremation took place in Burnaby, BC. A memorial and committal service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Ludlow, NB. Date and time to be announced. Donations may be made in Billy's memory to the ACW Ludlow, NB or a charity of the donors choice
