CURTIS, A. Elton. Peacefully at Brockville General Hospital on Tuesday November 2, 2004. Elton Curtis of Delta in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Eva Chant. Dear father of John (Sandy) of Delta, Maurice (Debbie) of RR#1 Delta, Borden (Jana) of Perth, Ernest (Darlene) of RR#1 Delta, Vernon (Allison) of Brockville. Predeceased by sisters, Effie Chant, Julia Williamson, Louise Williamson and Hazel Curtis as well as brothers, Chant, Leonard, and Lawrence Curtis. Fondly remembered by grandchildren, Troy (Lexi), Teresa (Peter), Aaron, Ryan, Melissa (Chris), Adam (Tina), Emily, Rebecca and great-granddaughter, Sierra. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment Plum Hollow Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Delta Baptist Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
