BERNDT, Helen Edith (nee Smith) After a lengthy illness passed away on the morning of November 2, 2004. at the age of 82. Loving wife of the late Gordon Berndt. Survived by her daughter Gail (Rick Smith) and her son Brian (Clarissa Haag) and her brother Donald Smith (Joan). She well be sadly missed by her grandsons Cody and Andrew. Visitation will be held at Cadieux Funeral Home, 322, Buckingham Ave., Gatineau (Buckingham Sector) on Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. & 7 to 9 p.m. as well as Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday November 2, 2004 at 2 p.m. at St-Stephen's Anglican Church followed by burial at the Mulgrave Cemetery in Blanche, Quebec.
