Mrs. Yuriko Sato (née Goto) May 28, 1945 - November 03, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Richmond Funeral Home Passed away in Vancouver, BC after a courageous battle with cancer on November 3, 2004 at the age of 59 years. Survived by her loving family: husband Fusao (Frank); daughter Judy Sato; son Dennis, his wife Kelly; two grandsons, Ryan and Davis and a third grandchild due in January; sisters and brothers in Japan; mother Tamoe Goto, also of Japan, nuermous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A memorial service to be held on Saturday, November 13th at the Steveston Buddhist Temple, 4360 Garry Street, Richmond at 11:00 am. Rev. Hattori and Rev. Fujikawa officiating. A tea to follow in the Steveston Buddhist Temple Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Society. Yuriko was a compassionate, giving and loving person who would unconditionally help persons in need and would not hesitate to come to the rescue of animals. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed. Yuriko lived, loved and laughed from the depths of her heart. Until we meet again we will always love you.
