JADWIGA, Ploszaj. 1925-2004. Passed away peacefully on November 3, 2004, at the age of seventy-nine years. Surrounded by loving family and friends. Child of God. Beloved wife of the late Jan, cherished mother of Stan, Joe and Lu. Kochona Babcia of Mark, Jan, Val, Ashley, Carmen, Jan and Christopher. Family will receive visitations: Friday, November 5, 2004 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 8:30 a.m. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 6, 2004 at 10 a.m., at the St. Michael the Archangel Church, 5580 St-Urbain and thence to Notre-Dame des Neiges Cemetery.
