William John Guignion May 29, 1924 - November 04, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel (Tecumseh) Guignion, William 'Bill' 80 years. Gone to be with the Lord on November 4, 2004. Late of Tecumseh. Beloved husband of Judy (nee Bird). Loving father of Gillie and husband Ron Matisse, of Barrie; Gray and wife Cathy Guignion; Samantha and husband Kurt Maybee. Dear step-father of Bruce Langevin; David, Kenneth and Frank Providenti and the late David Perkins. Dear son of the late Norman and Eva Guignion (nee Pittman). Dear grandpa of Dean, Tom, Cassie, Chris, Danny, Jackson, Max; Andrew, Adam, Taylor and Case. Oldest brother of Bob, Irma Rumble, Betty Guignion and Sharron Cameron and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Bill was the owner of Clearwater Chrysler Dodge, Autohaus of Windsor, was the head usher at Lakeshore St. Andrews, was an RCAF Veteran of WW II, and was a former member of the Beach Grove Golf and Country Club. Visiting Friday, from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and continues from 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2004 at The Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh (735-2830) until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. Reverend Brad Watson and Reverend Chuck Congram will officiate. Interment at Victoria Memorial Gardens. As your expression of sympathy, a donation to the Lakeshore St. Andrews' I Care Program' would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Bill Guignion in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held on September 25, 2005. All are welcome.
