Alexander Allen Hunt Funeral arrangements by Oakview Funeral Home On November 5, 2004 at Sunrise of Burlington, peacefully at the age of 80. Graduate of the University of Guelph (OAC 1946) Predeceased by his loving wife Frances of 56 years. Predeceased by his parents George Allen Devere Hunt and Winnifred Frances Hunt (nee Patterson). Loving father of David and the late Joyce (nee McGibbon), Brian (Cindy) Hunt, of Oakville and Kathryn (Bruce) McLeod of Kingston. Adoring Grandfather of Adam, Matthew, Allison, and Sarah McLeod and Robert, Christopher, Kelsey, Carrie and Mark Hunt. Loving brother of Marjorie (the late Mac Moir) and Ralph (Frances) Hunt. Cherished brother in law of Irene Robinson, Anne Kelso and James Elmer Shepherd. Predeceased by his brother in laws George and Jack Dent, Bill Kelso and John Robinson and sister in laws Margaret Shepherd and Frances and Doris Dent. Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Alex will be sadly missed by all. Visitation will be held at the Oakview Funeral Home 56 Lakeshore Rd. W. Oakville (one block east of Kerr St.) 905-842-2252 on Sunday November 7, 2004 from 7-9pm and Monday from 9:30am-11am. Funeral service to follow in the Oakview chapel at 11am on Monday. Reverend William Duffy officiating. Interment on Wednesday November 10, 2004 at Pinecrest cemetery in Ottawa at 10:30am.
