BAUER, Hartwig. Peacefully at the Ottawa Heart Institute after living 16 years with a new heart on Friday, November 5, 2004. Hartwig Bauer of Curran, age 37 years. Beloved son of Hans-Werner and Christine Bauer of Curran. Loving brother of Cornelius Bauer (Gudula) of Fournier, Anna Bauer (Christopher) of Ottawa, Wiard Bauer (Maria) of Curran and Inge Wilson (Gordon) of Riceville. Dear uncle of Fenja, Erika, Kilian, Kyle and Alex. He will be sadly missed by uncles, aunts and cousins in Canada and Germany. Hartwig lived his life as a farmer, and for that he will always be remembered. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd. 20 Main St., Maxville (527-2898)on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 from, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Maxville United Church on Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at 11 am. Interment will follow in Franklin Corners Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Hartwig a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
