Shirley Anne Bouchard (née Weitzel) Funeral arrangements by Salon Funéraire Rideau / Rideau Funeral Home Passed peacefully on Sunday, November 7, 2004, in her seventy first year. A beautiful, vibrant and caring lady who was devoted to her children and grandchildren. The memory of her will be cherished by her children Paul (Helene), Greg (Zinat), and Daniele (Alain) and the imprint of a loving Grandmother (Baba) will live on in her grandchildren Michelle, Alex, Mia, Mallory, Olivia and Noah. She will also be sadly missed by her sister Helen and brother Norm (Linda) as well as close confidante Elaine (Arthur). Special thanks to her care-givers at Lakeshore General Oncology, especially Micheline Levesque. The family would also like to thank the staff and volunteers at the West Island Palliative Care Residence for providing comfort, care and dignity in her final days. Visitation and funeral services will be held at the Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Boul. des Sources, DDO 514-685-3344 on Friday, November 12 commencing at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Island Palliative Care Residence or charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
