NINNESS (Gill), Irene Gladys, Peacefully, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on November 7, 2004, in her 86th year. Life was never easy but God knows you did the best you could. You loved the only way you knew how, And showed others the meaning of perseverance. You had a heart for the less fortunate, And touched many lives with your expression of kindness. You may have had some rough edges, But you were a gem on the inside. Irene was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her son Jim G ill, granddaughter Tara Gill and great-granddaughter Trinity Gill-Knack. She is also survived by her sons Bob (Judy) Gill, Ron Gill, Gord (Sue) Gill and Tom Rees, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will also be lovingly remembered as a very special person by Sandra and Phil Massuet. The family wishes to thank the staff at Upper Canada Lodge for their sensitivity and kind care. Also, the staff at the St. Catharines General Hospital Palliative Care Floor for their considerate atte ntion to Irene. Irene's wishes were to be cremated, without a service, leaving this world as simply as she entered it.
