COATES, George - George Coates went home to be with his Lord on Monday, December 8, at 3 p.m., with his wife Dorothy and family by his side. George served his country overseas in Word War 11 and was a resident of Elliot Lake for 23 years where he served as a lay reader for the Anglican Church of St. Peter the Apostle. Scotts Funeral Home, 389 Main Street, Brampton is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Village of Sandalwood Park, 425 Great Lakes Drive, Brampton, L6R 2W8 or to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family. 0
