Mrs. Judith Harrington February 9, 1952 - December 24, 2008 56 years, peacefully, on December 24, 2008 with her family at her side. Loving mother of Steven Harrington and Courtenay Young. Dear daughter of the late Louis 'Lucien' (2008) and Beatrice (nee Desaulnier). Dear sister of Robert and wife Elaine; Jolayne Gagnon and husband Terry. Dear aunt of Mark, Brian and Tara, Tricia; Michelle and Cole, Chris and Celine. Great-aunt to Cody and Taylor and will be remembered by her former husband Edwin Harrington and family. Best friend of Anna Reaburn. Judi was a recent employee of QSS and a former employee of Murphy's Disrtibuting and Dominion Store. Visiting Sunday, from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh (519-735-2830). Prayers Sunday at 3:00 p.m. The funeral will be held on Monday, December 29, 2008 at 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. John Vianney Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Fr. Thom Blondin will be the celebrant. A cremation will folllow. In kindness, a donation to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Judi in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held on September 27, 2009. All are welcome. You may share a memory at www.marcottetecumseh.ca.
