RAINVILLE, Barbara Mary (Burke). On Saturday, November 13, 2004, died peacefully at the Lakeshore General Hospital at the age of seventy-nine. Barbara was predeceased by her beloved daughter Susie and by her brother Thomas Gerald Burke. She will be sorely missed by her children Bob (Deanne) of Windermere, Ont., Mary of Dorval, Chris (Nina) of Nepean, Ont., Brian (Stephanie) of Ottawa and by her grandchildren: Kerry-Lin and Andrew, Katherine and Danielle, and Nicole. Fondly remembered by Jacques and Mary Rainville. Barbara was a lifelong friend and sister-in-law of Nessie (Pollin), Bayley (Rupert) and dear aunt to Susan, Barbara, David, Douglas, and to David Rainville. She will be missed by her many friends from Summerlea Golf Club and Lachine Curling Club and many others from the Lakeshore, where she has lived for the past fifty years. A farewell get-together will be held at Baie D'Urfe Curling Club, 20599 Lakeshore Rd., Baie D'Urfe (access Churchill Rd. parking lot) from 3:30-5:30 at on Saturday, November 27, 2004. In lieu of flowers a donation to West Island Association for the Intellectually Handicapped, 111 Donegani, Pointe Claire, Quebec, H9R 2W3, (514) 694-7009 would be appreciated.
