Eglantine H. Folster -- July 22, 1907 - November 26, 2005 -- Eglantine H. (Allard) Folster., 98, of Highland Avenue in Fall River passed away Saturday, November 26, 2005 at the Catholic Memorial Home in Fall River she was the wife of the late Joseph John. Folster. Born in Fall River, MA on July 22, 1907 the daughter of the late Alfred and Marie (Allard) Allard, she spent her life raising her family. She was a communicant of Saint Anne Church in Fall River and the senior citizen's group, member of the prayer group at the Academy building in Fall River, she was an avid bingo player and bowler which she did until she was in her seventies.Survivors are nine daughters Jacqueline Beaudoin of Fall River, MA Lorraine Berube of Grafton, MA Irene Lopes of Fall River, MA Dolores Gissic of Somerset, MA Jeanne Pimental of Simi Valley, California Claudette Moran of Bullhead City, Arizona Theresa St. Laurent of Fall River, MA Denise Berube of Swansea, MA Ann Marie Folster of Fall River, MA two sons Normand Folster of Fall River, MA and Richard Folster of Simi Valley, California thirty three grandchildren and thirty eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Rev. John R. Folster, Sister of the late Irene Allard, Claire Allard, Eliodore, Eugene, and Roger Allard, grandmother of the late Peter Gossic III.Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at 9am from the Hathaway Home for Funerals, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River, MA followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10am in Saint Anne Church South Main St., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend, burial to follow in Notre Dame Cemetery Fall River.
