Leo V. ANCTIL

Leo V. Anctil, 83, of Caron Ave., Nashua, died Monday, December 20, 2005 at the Southern NH Medical Center. Mr. Anctil was born in Nashua on August 28, 1922, a son of the late Wilfred & Florida (Pelletier) Anctil. He was the devoted husband of Florence (Michaud) Anctil of Nashua. Mr. Anctil was a lifelong resident of Nashua and was educated in local schools. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Anctil had been employed by Avaco Systems now Textron. He was a WWII Army veteran serving in the 772D Bombardment Squadron 463D Bombardment Group. While in the army, he had been deployed to the Balkans, Southern France, Northern France, North Apennines, Rome, and Normandy. Mr. Anctil was a member of the American Legion James E. Coffee Post #3. He was a communicant of St. Christopher Church. Besides his wife, Mr. Anctil is survived by; Three daughters & sons-in-law; Linda & Donald Desmarais of Hollis, Janice & Arthur Bonenfant of Nashua and Donna & George Rowen of Merrimack; Four grandchildren; Christopher Desmarais, Jennifer Wetherbee, Jeffrey Bonenfant and Heidi Staley; Four great grandchildren; Emma, Zachary, Nicholas and Alexa; One brother & sister-in-law; Maurice & Celia Anctil of Tampa, Fl.; One sister; Marie Anne Anctil of Concord ; Also several nieces, nephews, and cousins. FUNERAL NOTICE: ANCTIL: Died Monday, December 20, 2005 in Nashua. Leo V. Anctil, 83, of Nashua. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday in St. Christopher Church at 11:00 AM. Everyone is to meet at the Church. THERE ARE NO VISITING HOURS.
