NORTH CONWAY, N.H. - Rita M. Shaw, 81, passed away on Dec. 26, 2005 at 11:50 p.m. at the Merriman House, with her loving son John and his wife Bev at her side. Rita was a very loving Mom, grandmother, and wife. She was a homemaker and a great cook, Rita loved to crochet and knit. Rita was an animal lover. Rita touched many lives and will be greatly missed. Rita leaves behind her son, John and wife Bev of Bartlett, N.H.; granddaughter, Linda LaPierre and husband Mark of Bartlett, N.H.; granddaughter, Heather of Bartlett, N.H.; great-granddaughters, Autumn and Hannah of Bartlett, N.H.; son Robert of Gorham; granddaughter, Renee Shaw of Portland; grandson, Arden Shaw of Portland; great- granddaughter, Chrissy Anderson of Portland; sister, Theresa MacDonald of Massachusetts; brother, Ray Arsenault and wife Trudy of Connecticut; brother Ernest Arsenault and wife, Jean of Rumford; brother, Henry Arsenault of Tennessee; sister Anita Mckellek and husband Larry of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. Rita was predeceased by her husband John in 1999, her brothers Alfred and Joe of Rumford. A graveside service will be held in May at Brooklawn Memorial Park, Portland.
