Visitation for Farrell S. "Red" Arseneau, 78, of Bradley, will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bradley. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Bourbonnais. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Kankakee Valley, the National Kidney Foundation or to the family wishes. He died Tuesday (Aug. 9, 2005) at the Illinois Veterans Home in Manteno. Mr. Arseneau retired from Central Wine and Spirits Co. He was born March 6, 1927, in Beaverville, the son of T. Daquin and Aldia Dionne Arseneau. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a member of the Bradley VFW Post 6502. He was also a member of the 3rd and 4th Degree Knights of Columbus and enjoyed golfing. Surviving are his wife, the former Carmella Digregorio, whom he married Oct. 13, 1951, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Kankakee; one son, Thomas J. Arseneau of Kankakee; one daughter, Cindy Doris of Arlington Heights; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth Arseneau of Bourbonnais; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are one brother, Ronald Arseneau; and one son-in-law, Bruce Doris.
