SOMERSWORTH — Wilfred "Willie" Aubert, 96, of 28 Franklin St., died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at his residence following a sudden illness.He was born Aug. 31, 1909, in Somersworth, the son of Edmond and Roseanna (Poulin) Aubert. He was educated in Somersworth Schools and had resided here most of his life.He had been employed as a shoe cutter in area shoe shops.He was the widower of Lillian (Roberge) Aubert, who died in 1979; he was also predeceased by a son, Wilfred Jr., who died in 1999, a grandson, Raymond Aubert, who died in 1994; five brothers, Rene, Lionel, Alfred, Armand, Joseph, and a sister, Ida Chabot.Survivors include a granddaughter, Carole Reder of Nashua; two great-grandchildren, Renee and Nichole Reder, both of Nashua; a daughter-in-law, Denise Aubert of Nashua; a brother, Roland Aubert and his wife, Cecilia, of Daytona, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Robert (Yvette) Gagnon of Somersworth, Mrs. Armand (Rita) Dubois of Somersworth and Antoinette Morin of Eldrado Hills, Calif. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.Honoring his request there will be no calling hours. A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Sat., Sept. 24 at St. Martin Church with the Rev Aaron Pfaff, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
