Helen Aline BACH

Wilton -- Helen Aline Bach LaRue, 78, of McGregor Villas died unexpectedly Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2005, at Saratoga Hospital. Born on March 20, 1927, in Foley, Ala., she was the daughter of John Harold Bach and Lillian Johnson Bach. They later resided in Northbrook, Ill.Helen graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.From 1947 to 1955, she flew as a stewardess for American Airlines. She retired from the Mt. McGregor Correctional Facility, where she worked in the business office.On July 23, 1955, she married John Pritchard LaRue. He died in 1995.She is survived by four children: Mark LaRue and Alecia Eacker, both of Saratoga Springs, Chris LaRue of Palm Bay, Fla., and Paula Brown of Satellite Beach, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Jennifer Eaker, Christopher Brown, Kimberly Brown, and Hannah LaRue.A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at the Saratoga Springs United Methodist Church, Fifth Avenue and Henning Road, Saratoga Springs.Arrangements are Simone Funeral Home, 105 Lake Ave., Saratoga Springs.
