Janice M. BEAUPRE

Janice M. West, 69, of St. Anne, died Wednesday (Nov. 23, 2005) at her home. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Friday (Dec. 2) until the 10 a.m. funeral services at St. Anne Catholic Church. Rev. James Fanale will officiate. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Kankakee Valley. Arrangements are by Clancy-Gernon-Houk Funeral Home in St. Anne. Mrs. West was born March 20, 1936, in Kankakee, the daughter of Baron and Anita Saindon Beaupre. She worked at St. Mary's Hospital and for Dr. David Hegg. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing and singing in the church choir. Surviving are her husband, Elvin West of St. Anne, whom she married June 21, 1959 in Kankakee; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dana and Yvonne West of St. Anne, Jay and Melissa West of Watseka; two daughters and sons-in-law, Anita and Tom Duby, Anne and Keith Nicholson, all of Momence; 10 grandchildren; one sister, Jackie Pickering of Little Rock, Ark.; and three brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Charlene Beaupre of Portland, Ore., Ed and Judy Beaupre of Beaverville, and Mark and Nicole Beaupre of St. Anne. One nephew, Ryan Beaupre, is deceased.
