Jeannette BEAUVAIS

FITCHBURG -- Jeannette (Beauvais) Morin, 89, formerly of 180 Woodland St., died Monday, Dec. 26, in Sterling Healthcare Center. She was born on Sept. 29, 1916, in Gardner, the daughter of Amedee and Delina (Denomme) Beauvais. She was a 1934 graduate of Fitchburg High School.Mrs. Morin retired in 1979 from the Seth Thomas Co., in Fitchburg, where she had worked for many years. Prior to this, she had worked for the former Cluett & Peabody Co. of Leominster. She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Fitchburg, the Ladies of St. Anne and the American Friendship Association. She enjoyed cooking, cake decorating and crocheting. Mrs. Morin leaves two sons, David Morin of Fitchburg and Paul Morin and his wife Susan of Atlanta, Ga.; one daughter, Norma and her husband William Schultz of Leominster; one sister, Yvette Muhnisky of Fitchburg; three grandsons; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Her husband, Henry J. Morin, died in 1984. MORIN -- On Dec. 26, Jeannette (Beauvais) Morin, 89, of Fitchburg. The funeral will be held Thursday, Dec. 29, from Aubuchon-Moorcroft Funeral Home, 132 Woodland St., with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 49 Woodland St. Private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Winchendon.
