BENJAMIN, PIERRE HENRI (HARRY) Pierre Henri Benjamin (“Harry“), of Spring Valley, NY, died unexpectedly on Monday October 24, 2005. He was 70 years old. Mr. Benjamin was born in Haiti on March 11, 1935 to Gerard DeGraff and Marthe Benjamin. He married Vierge Bien-Aime on December 27, 1975 in Spring Valley at St. Joseph's Church. Mr. Benjamin worked as a security guard at Yeager Health Center and Nyack Hospital for over 32 years. Henri is survived by his devoted wife Vierge of Spring Valley, his five loving children; Nureyev Bosquet of Nanuet, Tristan Benjamin of Haverstraw, Kurt Benjamin of Spring Valley, John Fitzgerald Benjamin of Washington D.C. and Ingrid Benjamin Innocent of Queens, his loving sister Aliette Benjamin Tousaint of Middletown and his 11 cherished grandchildren and his dear niece and nephew. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 29 at 12:30 pm at St. Joseph's Church in Spring Valley, with his entombment to follow in Ascension Cemetery.
