Waterford - Doris (Bergeron) Mattison, 79, of Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, died Nov. 14, 2005, at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital.She was born July 19, 1926, in Norwich, the daughter of the late William and Laura (Rondeau) Bergeron.She married George Mattison on June 30, 1946, in Quaker Hill. He died Nov. 3, 1991.She is survived by her daughters, Carol Clark and Nancy Fonk; her sisters, Irene Bergeron and Lillian Russi; and five granddaughters and three great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Lorraine Marchese, her granddaughter, Heather Marchese, and by her five brothers and sisters.A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen. A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. one hour prior to the service.
