CHARLENE MARY BERTRAND a life resident of New Orleans, LA died from pneumonia at Bayshore Medical on 12/12/2005. She is survived by parents Benjamin Sr. and Carol Bertrand, siblings Benjamin Jr., Juliana, Arnold and Wendell Sr. She leaves behind spouse Alvin Hewitt Sr. and her children, Keyonn, Sr., Sheree, Antoinette, Reba, Terrence, Eric, Rance and Aleshia, nine grandchildren and a host of loved ones. Services will be held at St. Mary's Church, 816 Park Ave, La Porte, TX on 12/15/2005 at 11 am. Published in the Houston Chronicle on 12/15/2005.
