Bennington, Vt - Armond J. "Pop" Boisclair, 84, of Danforth Street in Hoosick Falls, NY, formerly of President Street in Troy, beloved husband of Winifred E. Kimball, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, December 22, 2005, at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington, VT. Born on October 28, 1921, in Three Rivers, Canada, he was the son of the late Alfred and Josephine Jobin Boisclair. Mr. Boisclair was a contractor for more than 50 years, and was the owner of Armond J. Boisclair Contracting of Troy, NY. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps., serving during WW II. Pop was an avid hunter and fisherman. Devoted father of Carol J. Naberezny of Schodack, David A. and his wife Carol Ann Boisclair, Sr. of Watervliet, Sandra J. Hart of Lansingburgh, and brother of Mrs. Helen (Ray) Poff of FL. Cherished grandfather of seven, and loving great grandfather of several great grandchildren. Funeral will be held on Friday evening at 8 p.m. at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc. (Corner of 115th Street and Fourth Avenue), Lansingburgh. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be held at Brookside Cemetery, Poestenkill in the spring.
