DeBeau, Eleanor Elizabeth -- Merrill, Michigan -- Passed away Thursday, November 10, 2005, at Brittany Manor, Midland. Age 89 years. The daughter of the late Martin and Mary (Nowak) Borucki was born February 16, 1916 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Henry J. DeBeau, June 12, 1937. Her husband of 68 years passed away August 16, 2005. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and its Altar Society. She enjoyed sewing, playing Scrabble and cards. Surviving are two daughters, one son and their spouses, Bernard and Mary DeBeau, Dorothy and Harlan DeShone, all of Merrill; Mary Kay and Ken Roggow, Hemlock; 11 grandchildren and their spouses, Mike and Teresa DeBeau; Marlene and Mark Dehner; Karen and Mike Johnson; David and Roxann DeBeau; James and Penny DeBeau; William and Chris DeBeau; Kevin and Karen DeShone; Debra De Shone; David DeShone; Kathy and Mark Klopfenstein; Jennifer Roggow; 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Joan, and two brothers, Edward and David Borucki. Mass of Christian burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2005, at Sacred Heart Catholic church. Rev. Craig L. Albrecht will officiate with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel in Merrill from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, where they will meet at 7:30 p.m. for a prayer service. Friends may then call at the church from 10:00 a.m. Monday until the time of the funeral Mass.
