MaryLou Edith Boucher Born on New Year's Eve, 1932, MaryLou was literally a born partier and lived each day knowing that life was worth celebrating. A beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, MaryLou passed away in her home after courageously battling cancer on November 18, 2005. The great love of her family and her faith in God carried her through, and while we on earth will miss her dearly, we take great comfort in knowing that she is now resting in peace. Marylou is survived by six wonderful children: Paul and Peter Boucher of Tacoma, Suzanne Boucher of Olympia, Terry Desmond of Orrington, Maine, Denise Williams of Bowdoinham, Maine and Michelle Cassidy of Brunswick Maine. She was also a proud grandmother of eleven and great-grandmother of three with one on the way. We are holding open visitation on Friday, Nov. 25, 2005, 2-7 pm and funeral services on Saturday, Nov. 26 , 2005, beginning at 2 pm at New Tacoma Cemetery, 9212 Chambers Creek Rd W, University Place. 564-1311. We hope that her many friends and relatives will join us to celebrate her life. Published in the News Tribune (Tacoma) on 11/23/2005.
