Services for John Wilson Boudreaux, 64, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Journet and Bolden Funeral Home with the Rev. Carroll R. Crofton officiating. Interment will follow in St. Matthew Cemetery.Visiting hours will be observed Saturday from 7:30 a.m. until the time of service at Journet and Bolden Funeral Home.A native and resident of New Iberia for 64 years, Mr. Boudreaux died Sunday, June 12, 2005, at Iberia Medical Center following a brief illness.Mr. Boudreaux retired from Winn Dixie Food Stores.He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Boudreaux; seven sons, John Davis, Richard, Lionel, Jeffery, Kenneth and Ronald Boudreaux and Robert George; three daughters, Sarah Boudreaux, Charlotte Boudreaux and Sherry Chevalier; three brothers, Thomas, Eric and Michael Cleary; three sisters, Rose Cleary, Yvonne Cleary and Carolyn Fontenette; 30 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.Mr. Boudreaux was preceded in death by his first wife, Bessie Davis Boudreaux; parents, Rita Boudreaux and Johnnie Cleary; a brother, Jerry Boudreaux Sr.; and a son, Michael George Sr.Pallbearers will be Kevin Harding, Clifford Ledet, Jeffery Daniels, Robert Easter, Kevin Pradia, Travis Layne and Wilbert Goings.Honorary pallbearers will be John Davis, Lionel, Richard, Kenneth, Ronald and Jeffery Broudreaux.Journet and Bolden Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of the arrangements.
