Marie B. Saulnier, 82, of 1955 Park Plaza, Lancaster, died Thursday night, November 10, 2005, at Lancaster General Hospital Emerency Room. Born in Leominster, Mass, Marie was the daughter of the late James Patrick and Theresa M. Crowley Boyle, and was the wife of the late Theodore Alexander Saulnier II , who was one of the people instrumental in developing the color TV. An executive secretary, Marie worked a t Franklin and Marshall College for ten years, retiring in 1984. She taught piano to students in third grade and younger. Marie was affiliated with Sacred Heart and St John Neumann Catholic Churches. Through her many activities, she touched many people.Surviving are five children; Ann, wife of Bill Copenhafer of Yardley; Jeanne M. Saulnier of Mountville; Mary Lee Saulnier, wife of Chris Ebert of Wyomissing; Carolyn E. Saulnier of Lancaster; and Theodore Alexander Saulnier III with whom she resided. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; Jim Copenhafer, Paul Copenhafer, Molly Quinn Campbell, Timothy Patrick Campbell, Erica E. Ebert , Jeremy B. Ebert, and Patrick Muir Hayman.; and a cousin, Barbara Crowley. She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Saulnier.Services will be held at a later date.
